RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of the company held
on Friday, 22 January 2010 at Number 3 Anerley Road, Parktown, all the ordinary
and special resolutions presented in the notice of annual general meeting were
passed by the requisite majority of shareholders save for special resolution
number 2 for the increase in authorised share capital was withdrawn at the
beginning of the meeting. The special resolution will be submitted to CIPRO for
registration in due course.
