RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - MONDAY 25 JANUARY 2010
Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of shareholders
held today, 25 January 2010, all the ordinary resolutions and the special
resolution contained in the relevant notice of the annual general meeting
were duly passed by the requisite majority votes.
The special resolution regarding the granting of a general authority to
the directors to repurchase the company`s shares will be lodged with the
Registrar of Companies in due course.
