Appointment of Director
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mncane Mthunzi has been appointed as a non-
executive independent director of Adcorp with effect from 25 January 2010.
Mncane Mthunzi will also serve on the company`s Audit and Risk Committee and is
currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Consumer Goods Council of South
Africa. Mncane has also served as the Managing Director of the Black Management
Forum (BMF).
