CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are hereby advised of the following changes to the board of
directors of Vox Telecom.
Dr NN Gwagwa has resigned as an alternate non-executive director of the Company
with immediate effect. Dr Gwagwa was the alternate non-executive director for
current non-executive director, Mr Thierry Dalais. The board wishes to thank Dr
Gwagwa for her contribution and wishes her well for the future.
Mr Dalein van Zyl ("Dalein") has been appointed as an alternate non-executive
director of the Company for Mr Thierry Dalais with immediate effect.
Dalein completed his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering at
Stellenbosch University and, after graduating, spent time in the mining industry
and investment banking. In 2002, he left South Africa to complete his MBA at the
MIT Sloan School of Management in Cambridge, MA. After graduating he joined The
Boston Consulting Group in New York City and left in 2007 in order to return to
South Africa and join Metier where he is currently an Associate Principal of the
Lereko Metier Capital Growth Fund (Pty) Limited.
The board welcomes Dalein to the Company and looks forward to his contribution.
