Results of Annual General Meeting
Shareholders are advised that at the Super Group Annual General Meeting held on
Thursday, 28 January 2010, the requisite majority of shareholders passed all the
resolutions contained in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 20 November
2009.
Shareholders representing 60% of the issued share capital in Super Group
(excluding treasury shares) were present in person or by proxy at the meeting.
