TRENCOR`S TEXTAINER ANNOUNCES DATE FOR RELEASE OF FOURTH QUARTER 2009 RESULTS
AND FULL YEAR RESULTS AND QUARTERLY CALL

"Hamilton, Bermuda, Jan 28, 2010 (Business Wire) -- Textainer Group Holdings
Limited (NYSE: TGH) ("Textainer"), the world`s largest lessor of intermodal
containers based on fleet size, today reported that it will announce results
for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2009 at 9:00 am EST on
February 10, 2010.
