Ms Nomgando Nomalungelo Angelina Matyumza, a Chartered Accountant and holder of
an LLB degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, has been appointed as an
independent non-executive director to the board of Hulamin and has been
appointed as a member of the audit committee, both with effect from 1 March
2010. Ms Matyumza has extensive experience in financial and general management,
and is a director on a number of boards, including Transnet Limited and Wilson
Bayly Holmes-Ovcon Limited.
