Change to the board
In terms of section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
wishes to advise that Mr Peet Kotze has resigned as Chief Operating Officer of
the company, to pursue personal interests, with effect from 28 February 2010.
The Chief Executive Officer will be taking over responsibility while production
is brought back on line in the short term, with the intention of a new Strategic
Equity partner taking operational control.
