Notice is given that the company has declared dividend number 122 (5.5 cents)
and 123 (5.5 cents) amounting in total to 11 cents per share on its 5.5%
cumulative preference shares for 30 June 2009 and 31 December 2009,
respectively. The relevant dates are as follows:
2010
Last day to trade cum-dividend Friday, 19 February
Shares trade ex-dividend Monday, 22 February
Record date Friday, 26 February
Date payable Monday, 01 March
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday,
22 February and Friday, 26 February 2010 both days inclusive.
