2009 was dispatched on 28 January 2010 and contains no material modifications to
the reviewed provisional results published on 16 November 2009.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of
Paracon will be held on Tuesday, 2 March 2010 at 10:00 at the offices of
Paracon, 24 Peter Place, Lyme Park, Sandton to transact the business stated in
the notice of the annual general meeting, which is contained in the Annual
Report.
