NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Further to the publication of the detailed results announcement on SENS on
Wednesday, 25 November 2009, of the Company`s Audited Results for the year
ended 31 August 2009, Vox Telecom advises that its 2009 Annual Report, which
incorporates the Audited Annual Financial Statements for the period, will be
dispatched to shareholders today, 1 February 2010, and contains no
modifications from the aforementioned SENS announcement.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Vox Telecom will be
held at Everest Auditorium, Vox Telecom, Block B2, Rutherford Estate, 1 Scott
Street, Waverley, 2090 on Thursday, 25 February 2010 at 10:00, to transact the
business as set out in the notice of Annual General Meeting which forms a part
of the Annual Report of the Company. Copies of the annual report can, as from
today, also be downloaded directly from the Company`s website,
www.voxtelecom.co.za.
