With regard to the audited results for the year ended 30 September 2009,
shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements have been
distributed to shareholders today and contain no modifications to the audited
results which were published on SENS on 24 November 2009. A copy of the annual

Notice is hereby given that the ninth annual general meeting of Kelly Group`s
shareholders will be held at 6 Protea Place, corner Fredman Drive, Sandton, on
Tuesday 23 February 2010 at 12h00 to transact the business as stated in the
annual general meeting notice forming part of the annual financial statements.
