CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following
information is disclosed:
Graham Muller, Executive Director - Finance, has resigned from the Board of
Trans Hex in order to pursue other opportunities. Trans Hex thanks Graham for
his contributions to the Group over the past two years and wishes him well for
the future.
Ian Hestermann, B.Comm (Hons)CA(SA), has been appointed as Acting Financial
Director, with immediate effect and until further notice.
Ian has recently returned to South Africa from Angola where he held the position
of Finance Director, Trans Hex Angola. He is currently Group Company Secretary
and will retain responsibility for that function until further notice.
