RESULTS OF THE OFFER TO MERCHANT SHAREHOLDERS
Merchant shareholders are referred to the announcements published on 31 October
2008, 13 March 2009, 2 April 2009, 13 May 2009 and 15 July 2009, as well as the
circular posted to Merchant shareholders on 13 March 2009 in regard to an offer
by Marshall to acquire the 30,3% of the issued ordinary share capital of
Merchant that Marshall does not already own.
The offer closed at 12.00 on Friday, 29 January 2010 and was accepted in respect
of 3,774,564 Merchant shares. Marshall now owns 15,886,210 shares in Merchant,
being 91.45% of the issued share capital of Merchant.
