TRADING STATEMENT
Shareholders are advised that Afrox`s results for the twelve months ended 31
December 2009 are expected to be released on or about Thursday, 18 February
2010.
In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited the Group hereby
advise shareholders that for the year ended 31 December 2009, basic earnings per
share and headline earnings per share are expected to be between 40% and 50%
lower than those of the previous corresponding period.
Shareholders are advised that the information contained in this trading
statement has not been reviewed nor reported on by the company`s external
auditors.
