RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Extract Resources Ltd (ASX/TSX/NSX: EXT) advises that Mr Rance Dorrington has
resigned as Company Secretary effective 1 February 2010. The Company would like
to thank Rance for his service to the Company over a number of years.
Extract Resources is pleased to advise the appointment of Ms Siobhan Lancaster
as its Company Secretary with effect from 1 February 2010.
Siobhan joins the Company having recently worked as the Commercial Executive for
a uranium exploration company. Prior to that Siobhan was a Solicitor with Allens
Arthur Robinson in Sydney.
The Company would like to take this opportunity to welcome Siobhan to her new
role as Company Secretary.
