CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with sections 3.59 and 4.8(b) of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that Nomgando Angelina Nomalungelo
Matyumza and Busisiwe Jacqueline Memela-Khambula, MD of Postbank have been
appointed as independent non-executive directors of Cadiz Holdings Limited with
effect from 1 February 2010. Ms Matyumza, who is a Chartered Accountant and
holder of an LLB degree, will also serve as a member of the board`s audit
committee with effect from 1 February 2010.
The board welcomes Nomgando and Busisiwe to the Company and looks forward to
their contribution.
