CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following changes
to the Reunert board are disclosed:
The following appointments to the sub-committees have been made:
- Ms Thandi Orleyn has been appointed Chairman of the Remuneration Committee,
Mr Bobby Makwetla as Chairman of the Nomination Committee and Mr Rynhardt van
Rooyen as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee. These appointments are with
immediate effect.
Mr Sean Jagoe, who indicated last year that he planned to stand down from the
board after today`s annual general meeting, will continue to serve as a member
of the Reunert board. This decision follows a change in his personal
circumstances.
The board expressed their gratitude that Mr Jagoe`s considerable expertise and
valued input to the board`s deliberations have been retained.
