REFINANCING OF BRIDGE LOAN FACILITIES TO AFRICAN COPPER PLC
The directors are pleased to announce that the Company and African Copper Plc
("ACU") have now completed the refinancing of the bridge loan facilities that
ZCI provided to ACU in May 2009 with a four year secured credit facility (the
"Facility"). The Facility places ACU`s borrowings from ZCI on a more permanent
footing.
ACU is a subsidiary of ZCI in which the later currently holds an interest of
approximately 82%.
