CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised of the following changes to the board of
directors of Sallies:
- Mr Johann Blersch has resigned as financial director of Sallies and as a
director of the company`s subsidiaries with immediate effect;
- Mr Patrick Cooke, currently a non-executive director, succeeds Mr Blersch
as financial director with immediate effect.
