CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The board of Medi-Clinic is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Chris van
den Heever as a non-executive director of the company with effect from 5
February 2010. Mr Van den Heever will represent Remgro Limited, which owns 43.4%
of Medi-Clinic`s issued shares.
The board of Medi-Clinic welcomes Mr Van den Heever as a director and look
forward to his contribution.
