Notice of Annual General Meeting and clarification of dividend record date
The Company announces that the notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held
at Falcon Cliff, Palace Road, Douglas, Isle of Man on Wednesday, 3 March 2010 at
12.00 noon, has been posted to shareholders and will be available on the
Company`s website http://www.nepi.uk.com
The Company would like to clarify that the dividend record date is Friday, 26
February 2010 and not Wednesday, 26 February 2010 as was indicated in the
Company`s preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2009 which were
published on Friday, 5 February 2010.
