CHANGE IN EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES OF DIRECTOR
Shareholders are hereby advised that Mr Derek Hughes, who is currently an
executive director of the Company, will assume the role as a non-executive
director with effect from 1 March 2010.
Mr Hughes will continue to act as Company Secretary to the Company.
