FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements released on SENS on 15
and 24 December 2009, where it was announced that RBA has entered into
agreements to purchase two development properties.
The agreements have not become perfected yet, as certain of the suspensive
conditions have not been fulfilled.
Caution is therefore still required to be exercised by shareholders when dealing
in their securities until a full announcement is made.
