DECLARED INTERIM DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON GOLD FIELDS LIMITED HOT ENHANCED
DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("GFIIHG")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Gold Fields
Limited have declared an interim dividend of 50 SA cents per ordinary share
payable on Monday, 01 March 2010 to ordinary shareholders, recorded in the
books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 26 February 2010.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities,
GFIIHG, will receive a Gold Fields Limited interim dividend of 50 SA cents per
security on Monday, 01 March 2010 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in
the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to
trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be
Friday, 19 February 2010.
GFIIHG Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend
from the commencement of business on Monday, 22 February 2010, and the record
date will be Friday, 26 February 2010.
