DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE GFI SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for GOLD FIELDS LTD and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to GOLD FIELDS LTD (GFI)
the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 50
cents per GFINIF share instalment that is payable on Monday, 1 March 2010.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 19 February 2010. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 22 February 2010 and
the record date will be Friday, 26 February 2010.
