CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that Terry Bantock has been appointed as
executive chairman to the board of directors of Buildmax with effect from 9
February 2010.
Terry spent 15 years with the Imperial Group where he was chief executive
officer of the group`s logistics division and before that the managing
director of the Tanker Services business. He has spent the last four years at
Brait Private Equity as an industrial advisor.
