CHANGES TO THE BOARD
Shareholders are hereby advised that:
- Mrs Connie Nkosi resigned as a director of Skinwell on 9 February 2010; and
- Mr. Gys van Nieuwenhuizen was appointed on 10 February 2010 as an independent
non-executive director. Gys has also been appointed to the company`s Product
Innovation Committee.
Gys is a Chemical Engineer and has vast experience in new product development,
manufacturing and the set-up of new businesses locally, in the US and European
markets. He has held the position of managing director to a number of
companies.
