TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements, companies are required to
publish a trading statement as soon as they are reasonably certain that the
financial results for the current reporting period will be more than 20%
different than that of the previous corresponding period.
Mustek`s shareholders are informed that, for the six months ended 31 December
2009, Mustek`s headline earnings per share is expected to be between 40% and 50%
higher than the headline earnings of 21,77 cents per share of the previous
corresponding period. Basic earnings per share is expected to be between 50% and
60% higher than the basic earnings of 20,66 cents per share of the previous
corresponding period.
Net asset value per share is expected to be between 545 cents and 555 cents.
The above information has not been reviewed or reported on by the company`s
auditors. The company`s financial results for the six months ended 31 December
2009 are expected to be published on or about 26 February 2010.
