RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF OCEANA SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are advised that all of the ordinary resolutions and the special
resolution proposed in the notice to shareholders dated 12 November 2009 were
duly passed by the requisite majority of votes at the annual general meeting
held yesterday, 11 February 2010. The special resolution will be lodged with
CIPRO for registration on or about 15 February 2010.
