CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board of directors regrets to announce the resignation of Dr van Zyl
Slabbert as a director and chairman of the company with immediate effect.
Dr Slabbert has played an important and pivotal role in the development of the
company during the period that he has been associated with it and the board
wishes to take this opportunity to acknowledge his contribution and to wish him
well - his immense knowledge and humour will be sadly missed.
The board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Paul Jenkins to the
position of chairman with immediate effect. Paul is currently a non-executive
director of the company and the chairman of the Audit Committee and has been a
director of the company for many years. The board takes this opportunity to
wish Paul every success in this new position.
