Transparency Rule 3.1.4
In accordance with DR 3.1.4 R, Lonmin Plc confirms that 2,455 shares in the
Company were issued to Mr Farmer following his exercise of an option granted on
5 January 2005 under the Savings Related Share Option Scheme at an option price
of 673p. Following this transaction, Mr Farmer`s shareholding has increased to
80,323 shares in the Company.
