RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the Annual General Meeting of shareholders held
on Tuesday, 16 February 2010, all the resolutions proposed at the meeting were
passed by the requisite majority of shareholders, save for ordinary resolutions
number 7 and 8 which were withdrawn by the board of directors prior to the
commencement of the meeting.
The special resolution is in the process of being submitted to the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office for registration.
