Notice is hereby given that the following dates are of importance in regard to
the semi-annual distribution by the Zshares GOVI.
Declaration of the amount to be distributed will be made on Monday, 29 March
2010.

Last day to trade "Cum" Distribution Thursday, 18 March 2010
First day to trade "Ex" Distribution Friday, 19 March 2010
Record date Friday, 26 March 2010
Payment date Friday, 9 April 2010 (*)
(*) - Per the Offering Circular and Portfolio Supplement, "Distributions to
Investors will be made through the issue of additional Participatory Interests
to Investors and not in the form of cash. Investors will only be issued with so
many additional Participatory Interests as may equate to whole Participatory
Interests and not fractions thereof."
