WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements released on SENS on 12
October, 23 November 2009 and 7 January 2010 respectively and are advised that
the negotiations have been terminated.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that caution is no longer required to be
exercised when dealing in their Infrasors shares.
