UPDATE TO SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement of 17 February 2010,
and further advised that there have been press reports containing certain
statements in relation to Queensgate. The board of Queensgate is currently
reviewing the content of these press reports to determine the basis and
accuracy thereof and will disclose a further detailed announcement as soon as
the board has been able to clarify the statements contained therein.
Shareholders are further advised to continue to exercise caution in the
trading of Queensgate shares on the JSE until a further announcement is made.
