DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE KIO SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for KUMBA IRON ORE
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to KUMBA IRON
ORE LIMITED (KIO) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a
dividend amount of 740 cents per share instalment that is payable on Monday, 15
March 2010.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 5 March 2010. The Share Instalment
will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 8 March 2010, the record date
will be Monday, 12 March 2010.
