DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE TRU SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for TRUWORTHS
INTERNATIONAL LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating
to TRUWORTHS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (TRU) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of 102 cents per TRUNID share instalment
that is payable on Monday, 15 March 2010.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 5 March 2010. The share instalment
will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 8 March 2010 and the record date
will be Friday, 12 March 2010.
