DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE ASA SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for ABSA GROUP LIMITED and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to ABSA GROUP LIMITED
(ASA) the Trustees of the ASA Share Instalment have declared a dividend amount
of 220 cents per ASANIF share instalment that is payable on Monday, 15 March
2010.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 5 March 2010. The share instalment
will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 8 March 2010 and the record date
will be Friday, 12 March 2010.
