APPOINTMENT OF NEW COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Elise Waldeck has been appointed
as the new Company Secretary of Blue with effect from 1 March 2010.
Mr Reynier van der Westhuizen, whose resignation as the current Company
Secretary becomes effective on 1 March 2010, will take over the responsibilities
of Group Compliance Officer for the Company`s subsidiaries outside South Africa.
