DECLARED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON GROWTHPOINT PROPERTIES LIMITED ENHANCED
DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("GRTIDE")
With reference to the dividend payment announcement, the Directors of
Growthpoint Properties Limited have declared a interim dividend of 0.059 cents
per share and an interest payment of 59.041 cents per debenture payable on
Tuesday, 23 March 2010 to ordinary shareholders, recorded in the books of the
company at the close of business on Friday, 19 March 2010.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, GRTIDE,
will receive a Growthpoint Properties Limited interim dividend of 0.059 cents
per share and an interest payment of 59.041 cents on Tuesday, 23 March 2010 in
terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders
and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order
to participate in the dividend will be Friday, 12 March 2010.
GRTIDE Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 15 March 2010, and the record date will
be Friday, 19 March 2010.
