As previously announced on SENS GA Lello resigned as a director of Gooderson.
Her resignation is however only effective 28 February 2010 and not 3 February
2010 as previously announced.
As required by the agreement in terms of which she acquired shares from
Gooderson Leisure Corporation Share Incentive Scheme Trust ("the Scheme"), she
sold her shares back to the Scheme.
