DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE IPL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for IMPERIAL HOLDINGS
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to IMPERIAL
HOLDINGS LIMITED (IPL) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared
a dividend amount of 150 cents per IPLNIG share instalment that is payable on
Monday, 29 March 2010.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Thursday, 18 March 2010. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Friday, 19 March 2010 and the
record date will be Friday, 26 March 2010.
