SALIENT DATES AND TIMES
At the general meeting held on 11 January 2010, shareholders approved, inter
alia, the change of the Company`s name from "Zambia Copper Investments Limited"
to "ZCI Limited". Due to delays being experienced, the resolution to approve the
name change has not yet been registered. New salient dates and times will be
announced once the registration process has been completed.
