Highveld announces that Giuseppe Mannina, an Evraz Group S.A. representative
on the Board of Highveld has tendered his resignation as a Director of
Highveld with effect from 24 February 2010.
Following Giuseppe`s resignation as a Director of Highveld, he also resigns
as a Director of Mapochs Mine (Pty) Limited and Hochvanadium Holding AG, both
subsidiaries of Highveld.
The Highveld Board extends its appreciation to Giuseppe for his contribution
over the past two years.
