Appointment of Vuyisa Nkonyeni to O-line Board
Shareholders of O-Line ("O-Line shareholders") are referred to the
announcement on SENS dated 14 December 2009 ("the December SENS") and are
advised that following the implementation of the Tiso transaction (as defined
in the December SENS), Vuyisa Nkonyeni has been appointed as a director to
the O-line board of directors with immediate effect. Vuyisa is a former
associate at Deutsche Bank Corporate Finance where he gained investment
banking experience primarily in corporate and project finance advisory work.
More recently, he was the Financial Director of Worldwide African Investment
Holdings (Pty) Ltd and Director at Actis LLP, where he was part of a team of
three investment professionals responsible for Actis`s Black Economic
Empowerment funding unit called Actis Africa Indigenous Fund.
Vuyisa is a Chartered Accountant (SA), having served his training contract at
Price Waterhouse and currently holds the position as director of investments
at Tiso Group (Pty) Limited.
