RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the circular to Intertrading shareholders dated 5
February 2010 regarding the disposal by the company of the Operating Companies
of Intertrading to Linkit (Pty) Limited a related party ("the disposal") and are
advised that at a general meeting of Intertrading shareholders held today, all
the ordinary and special resolutions were approved by the requisite majority of
shareholders.
The special resolution will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office, for registration in due course.
