APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised that following the retirement of Mr Cor van Zyl as
Financial Director at the end of February 2010, Mr F Kotzee has been appointed
as Financial Director of Afrox, effective 1 April 2010.
Mr Tjaart Kruger will act as interim Financial Director from 1 March 2010 to 31
March 2010.
