CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of Intertrading announces that Audrey Deiner has resigned as finance director of
the group as of 1 March 2010, she remains a non executive director on the board.
Johan Zwart, who was appointed a non executive director of the board on 11
November 2009, has been appointed financial director on 1 March 2010. Bernd
Julicher and Frik van Rooyen have resigned from the board effective 1 March
2010.
The board would like express its appreciation to Mr Julicher and Mr van Rooyen
for their contribution to the company and wish them well for the future.
