RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Jabu Moleketi has resigned as a non-executive director of Nedbank Group and
Nedbank Limited with effect from 1 March 2010 following his recent
appointment as deputy chairman of the Development Bank of Southern Africa.
The group thanks Mr Moleketi for his contribution since his appointment in
August 2009 and extends its best wishes to him for the future.
